We also represent clients facing action by their regulator (such as The Scottish Social Services Council and The Nursing and Midwifery Council).

We will provide realistic advice on your prospects of success, and transparency about the costs involved in the process. This will include exploring whether you have legal expenses insurance cover through a home insurance policy. We will also assess whether you qualify for representation through the Scottish Legal Aid Board Advice and Assistance scheme, although we are not currently taking on Employment Tribunal cases on that basis.
Where possible, we will offer a fixed fee agreement. If this is not possible, we will provide a clear estimate of the likely costs involved for each piece of work.
